Ippolito Borghese

Ippolito Borghese (late 1500s – March, 1627), the Italian painter of the late-Renaissance, born in Sigillo (near Perugia) in the late 16th century. Likely trained in Rome and became a follower of Scipione Pulzone and was influenced by the painterly traditions of Federigo Barocci. He then moved to Naples.
